Recharge time in a 240-volt socket is just two hours and five hours for a 120-volt socket.

    1. In some countries like Canada is already available for purchase. My advice is to contact your local dealer and ask for information about purchase.

      1. I have contacted the dealers in Pensacola, FL and Ft. Walton Beach, FL. They say they don’t know anything. They haven’t heard and they have no documentation showing that they are coming soon. I also called Toyota headquarters and the Customer Service Rep also had no information about the 2019 Prius Prime.

    2. You should be able to order one now. We can in Dallas. Delivery won’t be until mid February though.

  2. Just bought my Prius Prime last week after years of anticipation. The plugin power and the EV mode provides a sublime experience on every trip to and from work. BC Hydro provides 98% green energy and my carbon footprint will shrink dramatically. Higher gasoline prices in the future will no longer aggravate me because I made the choice to consume very little fossil fuel.
